First let me point out I am not a doctor. All I can say is that in the years of research I have done on CS I have never found one case of a drug interaction. Of course that does not mean there cannot be, just that it seems unlikely.
I don't know if they body breaks down cyclosporine, or if it is eliminated by the kidneys or liver. If eliminated by the kidneys, perhaps more water needs to be drunk. Wish I could be of more help.
