Ivan: Thanks for your comments. So, I think you're implying that the water 
temp. in contact with my arc is approx. 100 C even though the rest of the 
bath is tepid at most? And I guess you're implying as well that if the 
solubility of ozone in water at ~100 C is very low, there is no obvious way 
for it to dissolve into the rest of the water which is at ~ ambient temp? 
BTW, can ozone be tasted & is it similar to H2O2? My HVAC CS is practically 
tasteless. Roger
