Umm, that doesn't sound right.  I also ordered "Ultimate HGH" 3 months
ago (and used it -- it does seem to work), but there was no automatic
reorder.

I just reordered (last Tuesday) and they *asked* if I wanted to be on
the automatic reorder list.  I usually don't do automatic anything,
but this time I agreed.

I suspect you agreed to the auto-reorder when you first ordered. 

BTW, most companies don't cover the cost of your shipping stuff back
unless explicitly stated in their policy.
