Demand them to send you a call tag. They pay for that, and UPS will come to your door and pick it up. Otherwise tell them you will simply do a chargeback to the credit card. There is nothing the merchant can do, they will lose the charge, and if they don't want to send a call tag, they will lose the product as well. No way you should have to pay for the shipping on a shipment you did not order. A legit company would never even consider asking you to do that.
