Why would you give any value to the reply at all?
Without any reference to back up such claims, they are worthless.

BTW, low cholesterol is more of a problem than high cholesterol, as reported
again in the latest Lancet. Low cholesterol is predictive of an increase in
the likelihood of cancer, stroke and death. High cholesterol levels have no
correlation to heart disease and cholesterol levels are barely influenced by
food intake, the body manufacturing by far the greatest proportion found
serum itself. Niacin does not increase the life expectancy of users, and has
unpleasant side effects.

Reducing the intake of polyunsaturated oils will probably have a greater
protective effect of the heart, especially if you replace them with coconut
oil.
