A couple of years ago I took 3 penny sized Radio Shack (10 for a dollar) magnets
and crazy glued them to a wristband I made from velcro.
After a couple of days, a wrist pain that I'd been dealing with for YEARS went
away.
It reoccurred several months later, but the same treatment took care of it.
Point being, it doesn't take high power necessarily to get relief.
