This is a circuit that i built. I believe the capacitors might be the wrong
size cause when i hooked it up the batteries went flat immediately and
there was silver floating on the top. I think its the cap size stated in
mfd which could micro or milli. farads. If anyone has a better circuit i
would appreciate a URL or copy
