Listened to C-Span hearings on nio-warfare. when questioned, The experts from FEMA and CDC said that they weren't speaking for their agencies in the answer, but THEY were stocking their houses with a 30 day supply of doxicycline (sp?) and another drug who's name I forget, and that they don't see why everyone shouldn't.
