List: I'm starting to write the answers to suggested FAQs. Ken has helped me with the LVDC CS "do it yourself" part. Perhaps a dozen FAQs have been completed. In order to minimize controversy, I think I'll send these selected FAQs together with their answers to Mike, and let him decide what to do with them since, in the end, that's what will happen anyway.
As a general guideline, I'm provide answers that are as broad as possible, while still (I hope) helpful to the newbie. Frankly, most of what we think we know is speculative. For example, there is essentially no scientific evidence that supports favoring one CS formulation, or preparation method over another. Therefore, the answers I'm preparing will reflect a healthy respect for what we DON'T know, but, at the same time, will attempt to provide reasonable guidance that will serve as a good starting point for the beginner.
