Sounds like a clever idea.
Why don't you see if you can take it apart without destroying it?
I found that you can pry the top off of an eyedrop container. They seem to seal
as with an "O" ring. I use the container for my own MSM drops.
Try to figure out how they filled it in the first place.

After a correction has turned out to be a mistake, it will be impossible to fit
the original quantity back into the equation !
