They sell those empty small maybe 4 oz bottles at the health food store with an attached aerosol spray to it. Maybe you can put the CS in that bottle and squirt it into your mouth. Isn't it possible to somehow inject CS into a bronchial inhaler? If there was a way, the CS would be portable enough to travel everywhere and be easily accessible if needed. Would CS possibly react to the bronchial inhaler ingredients? I've got an old useable inhaler and it's bugging the heck out of me thinking somehow it has to be possible to do this. I know you experts would know. If you could use a syringe and inject the inhaler...maybe apply superglue over the hole?
