I don 't use canola.......we grow it here for a cash crop........looks
almost like a mustard plant only shorter.....with yellow blossoms......we
have about 1200 acres of it........I've grown it here since I was a
kid...........I personally use olive oil...Robb

scientists who renamed the plant. It's short for "Canadian oil."
