ingredients.
These food companies really know how to make us sick.

created by bombarding the seeds with radiation. Regardless of how the oil
originated, at least 50% of today's Canola crop is genetically engineered by
the Monsanto corporation to make it resistant to its herbicide Round Up.
Assuming the best-case scenario-that your Canola oil was never genetically
engineered, that it's organic, and even considering its beneficial
monounsaturated fat content-the enormous pressure with which it is processed
produces high heat, which creates harmful fatty acids. So it might be wise
