Well said Jason

 My lady friend was...well..fat.
I never made mention of it. One day she said she would like to lose weight.
I told her that her body knew how to get like it is [still didn't mention
fat] and knew how to do other things too. I said that she didn't have to
think about getting her body to where it is and didn't have to think about
going elsewhere either. Both directions are the same thing.
It is desire that determines diet and desire is influenced by the tummy
which has its own form of mind...that is...brain and tummy form a feedback
loop that always co-operates.
Then, in a quiet moment, I silently talked to her tummy with my hands [and
sub-audibly to her nearly sleeping ears]... telling it where the grocery
store had moved to. I told it that every time the eyes saw a bright light,
it would be reminded of it's new direction and make a small contraction. If
we slow dance, I can feel it do its thing. She's totally unaware of it.
She has lost 50 lbs with no effort while working in a deli. [Lookin
good!] Muscle tone has improved too. I swear we could both fit into her old
pants. ...well, almost.

This is utilizing the power "of" that takes no effort, rather than using
a power "over" that requires constant struggle.
If you don't fight, you can't lose.
Something like... if you don't like the planet you live on, change the
universe it's in.
The planet will never know what happened [or that anything did] and can't
fight back.
