Dear Nina, Hatred of the body by whom? I don`t follow... If you had a Boxer dog with a full tail, after getting your legs whipped to painful shreds by his boundless happiness, you`d be glad to take him to the vet to have some of it removed!!!! My sister`s Great Dane, Willy, (who was so big his favorite toy was a tire!) had to have part of HIS tail amputated, simply because he whipped it against the walls, furniture and legs constantly, and it could never heal. It was always a bloody mess. I remember her cleaning the sprays of dried Willyblood off the walls... :o( He didn`t miss the part they removed. Neither does my Willy (the Pug) miss the things HE had removed, his testicles! Nor Lacy her ovaries... Sure it seems cruel to remove parts, but if it is done painlessly, and the part is kept clean, they really don`t seem to care. Maybe they do...I`ll ask the animals when I get to Heaven. I don`t believe in circumcision either, after I witnessed it being done to my own son...Not a nice experience for him or for me. I`m glad one of my sons is intact. I hope he is, too. Then there is what some of the Muslims do to their daughters... shudder... Marshalee -- The silver-list is a moderated forum for discussion of colloidal silver.
