Nope, kills it dead very quickly. :> But it is great for getting rid of anthrax. It does not affect the spore form, but kills the germinated spores, that is the active bacteria. Spores must germinate before they can do anything, I..E. multiply or generate toxins so that is not a problem
I would nebulize the CS if breathed in to kill them in the lungs quickly. Continuing treatment for a week or more after exposure is essential since the spores can take that long to germinate. Apply topically and internally for all cases. There is some questions as to the effectiveness for intestinal anthrax since CS normally does not make it to the intestines in a form which is active.
