Obvously none of us, including me, have any experience on this. I don't think that it is necessary to do it on an hourly basis. If we assume that it takes the bacteria 4 hours to divide, and the CS is at least 90% effective, than twice a day is probably good enough. I.E. 10,000 -> 1000 then after 12 hours we would have 8000 and the nebulization would knock that down to 800 and so forth. If the CS is 99% effective then it would go from 10,000 to 100, then to 800 and then 8. We are making a number of assumptions here, and if anyone has some hard data we could really use it. I would personally start using it as soon as I knew or suspected I had breathed it in, or upon the first symptoms of anything like pneumonia.
