Hello Maxine, I had shingles twice. The first time I went to the dr. and got the drugs. Cannot remember which. It took several weeks to get better and get rid of the rash.
A year later it started again (pain first) and before the rash developed, I started using a few ounces of CS each day. The pain went away in a day or so and the rash never developed. Works for me. Try it.
