It was the Canadian Mint that emailed me their comments about the
NINEs. As they clearly state - their 9999 is 99.99% and is not the
same as .9999
It would be really great if one of the other major State/Private mints
would address this issue w/o what I call double talk.

Why do you assume they are not? The web sites for the coins indicate that

are the same thing.
