After some hunting around in my own archived material, managed to come up
with these two previous silver-list entries which may offer some clues.

Now this datasheet is for pure silver acetate. Still, silver acetate is
silver acetate.
Documented cases of Argyria exist for six months of regular silver acetate
usage. In one case, 6.4 grams was the estimated silver accumulation in the
individual from taking silver acetate lozenges.
I don't have any information on silver citrate!

Nothing like a tasty spoonful of silver citrate complex eh?
I have made over 1000ppm as silver using a similar method, the higher
the citric acid content (tried up to 10%) the higher the silver
content can be.
Silver citrate (the compound) has a solubility of about 280ppm, but
the complex produced this way is way different...it appears that the
citrate chelates the silver and forms a complex.

Season's greetings, everyone. I would be interested in feedback from
anyone willing to try my own method of LVDC CS brewing. There is no
danger of electrocution, no need for any solid-state devices, no risk
of a $10000 fine for using phone line - however unlikely that is! The
arrangement:
Anodes; two .9999 silver plates, total wetted area around 20 square
inch (both sides of each plate included in area calculation).
Cathodes; four SS 1/16 inch diameter wires, wet length of 6 inches
each. All in a clear plastic 2 litre container, filled with DW to
which around 1/8th of a level teaspoon citric acid is dissolved, plus
a pinch of potassium citrate as buffer (not necessary). A 1.5 - 12 V
stirring motor spinning an oblong plastic impeller at around 200 rpm
keeps the brew in motion. A typical run: starting current is 8.1 mA @
1.51 volts across the electrodes, finishing at 8.5 mA @ 1.17 volts,
over 80 minutes total run time. That's right - a single 1.5V battery
will work fine, although I use a transformer/full-wave
rectifier/capacitor/resistor setup; a legacy of starting out assuming
those higher voltages were needed. Currently, the finished brew is run
through a coffee filter, owing to the grey gunk that forms on the
cathodes (make no attempt to stop and wipe clean wires during the
run). Solution remains perfectly clear, leaves no rust stain anywhere
(maybe the .9999 silver gaurantees that), doesn't plate out on the
PETE storage bottles, has a fairly strong TE with a few sparklies
(presumably contamination from the grey gunk on the cathodes), and a
noticeably metallic taste moderately declining over a day or so, then
remains steady. PPM? Probably in the 15-20 region. Long term
stability - greater than two weeks - is unknown; always consumed by
then. Particular size, number, and arrangement of electrodes as per
above could of course be varied to suit.
As I have previously posted, inspiration behind the citric acid
addition - which dramatically lowers resistance and thus operating
voltage, is from http://www.feel21.com/ohr/vol6.html. Have no real
idea as to the percentage ionic silver produced, nor just how fine the
particulate fraction is, but the perfect clarity suggests very fine
size and/or low particle fraction. Soon I hope to change to a voltage
switching arrangement to eliminate plate-out (the grey gunk), courtesy
of Ole Bob's circuit diagram. That will entail some additional
electronics, but still using very low voltages.
