My cat's better now. ( In case this is an old thread and about my cat ) He didn't have any stones that an x-ray could see. I contiuned his antibiotics. Figured it was nothing to mess around with. The CS didn't seem to help. I put him on the prescription diet and now give him only distilled water. Maybe CS would work as a preventative. Since I was trying to eliminate minerals I didn't make since to rely on a mineral (no matter how good) to cure it. Jan
