I noticed the effect very strongly when eating it. However after doing a chelation, the effect completely went away! I believe that the effect is because garlic is a good chelation agent, and mobalizes heavy metals thus producing toxic effects. Thus if you get sick when eating garlic, you likely are in need of chelation.
