If you go to the silver list archives at e-Scribe:

      http://escribe.com/health/thesilverlist/index.html

... you'll see a text box labeled "Search the The Silver List list
archive:", a Search button, and a link to "Power Search", all between
the e-Scribe logo and the start of the archive index.

Type in DMSO and you'll get some 700 matches... Using CS as a search
term is useless, since every message will have it as part of the
headers, plus the search engine rejects anything 3 letters or shorter,
assuming it to be a too-common word like 'at' or 'the.'

To narrow your search, try adding search terms related to a particular
affliction, like 'joint' or 'arthritis', or anything else that you can
think of. Or you can scan the pages for interesting sounding topics and
pick up other ideas that way.

Mining a large archive for specific information can be a challenge.
Trying to use it to get a general overview can be even harder!

You can always get to the archives by clicking on the link in the
footer at the bottom of every message from the list, or visiting...

      http://www.silverlist.org

Hope that helps!

Be well,

Mike D.
