Did you stir it up before testing the first time? The bottom half could have been stronger and distributed over time. Ions and particles that come off the electrode do tend to sink, then distribute later unless there is a stirring process used. ken oAt 02:11 PM 8/27/02 -0400, you wrote: >>>> Yes I left the sludge in as I did not need the CS at that time DID it continue to work on its own I took the electrodes out I wonder if the sludge would be good for the garden, or even to use a watering can and put some CS back into the ground. The generator I have continually reverses the polarity and there is a build up in bottom of jar Bob -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [<mailto:[email protected]>mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Tuesday, August 27, 2002 12:54 PM To: [email protected] Subject: RE: CS>CS Strength Medwith, Robert" <[email protected]> wrote: > > Can any one explain this to me > I am brewing CS a gallon at a time very slow some times a week > last batch tested out at 28 PPM (with meter) > I let it set for a week or so and retest it and it read 48 PPM > What is happening, can any one explain this > The CS is very clear > > Bob > Hi Bob, Did you leave the electrodes and/or sludge in the container?
