For some time I have been searching for a commercially produced stun gun set to optimal venom-destruction voltage. I read in Whole Earth that is is between 25-60,000 volts if memory serves me. The proper voltage is much less than that of devices intended to immobilize bad guys. Supposedly there are low-voltage devices on the market. If anyone finds one please post it here.
Possible relevancey to CS: the charge of the particles/ions might have an anti-venom effect and explain the reported benefits of CS on spider bites. I have successfully used a special acupuncture stimulator on mosquitoe bites with great success. Within minutes the venom is neutralized and all swelling and itching disappears. I have never tried CS though. JBB Malcolm Stebbins wrote: > > Interesting!
