The fact is, the CNN picture on the internet doesn't have the same color scheme as other contemporary pictures on the internet of the same man. Someone at their website or in the news has skewed the colors and it remains uncorrected [or someone has skewed the color of all the other pictures and the whole world isn't talking]. The guy doesn't have yellow hair and he doesn't have a blue face as shown in the picture. Somebody had fun with a photo editor and changed the picture somewhere along the line - like this never happens? I doubt there is a conspiracy but someone altered the color scheme a lot - and they aren't stepping up to the plate to say why or if they have, we're not privy to it! He probably does have argyria as claimed but not as represented in the picture.
In regards to conspiracy theories - many of them aren't theories anymore but fact - thanks to accurate accounts of history. But's that's off topic so we'll leave that alone and everyone can breath a sigh of relief!
