We have been bandaging with the Silverlon since Friday and it is amazing the difference we saw just after the first bandage. There was blood EVERYWHERE! This is a GOOD thing as is proves the tissue is regenerating & HEALTHY. WE are so excited to see this. The Silverlon is a Godsend. The tendon that was black when we started is now a healthy white (thank doG I didn't cut it out during debriding!)....just amazing. Connie, I will send along the full report & pics when we get it completed. It looks like she may not need a skin graft after all- the skin is already closer together on one side of the foot.
