After only using my CS for mouthwash for a couple of weeks, alternating with diluted H2O2 rinses, (I completely stopped using flouride toothpaste and mouthwash when I started using the CS). I went for my regular dental cleaning Tuesday, and it was the most pain free one I've had in about 20 years. I had a lot of tartar, too, and the hygienist had to scrape about as usual. When they blew the jet of cold air on my teeth to dry them for part of the examination, it wasn't pleasant, but I didn't scream and jump 3 ft like I used to do. Is this a coincidence? Or does CS actually help with sensitive teeth? Or is it the Tom's of Maine propolis and myrrh toothpaste? paula
