You might find that plaque and tarter are a thing of the past while using CS as a mouthwash. Most people say that's what happens...did for me. I think the silver also stabilizes mercury fillings and fills the micropores in both the hard and soft enamel like flouride does minus the flouridosis and toxicity. The tooth desensitiser stuff fills those pores to do what it does too. Forget what it fills them with...some sort of nitrate or something. Using the peroxide might actually be defeating the silver.
