Hello, This product is usually taken in it'schemical form IN A BATH - it id NOT SUITABLE FOR INGESTION.
Theidea is to OXYGENATE THE TISSUES and I have used it with very limited success FOR LYME. I have been on lists for Lyme and other illnesses where the concensus is : DO NOT TAKE EITHER THE FOOD GRADE or THE OTHER BY MOUTH - They are an extreme stomach irritant and have been known to cause CANCER. The only safe way to take the food or pharmaceutical grade typeis by IV taken with Saline Drip in a vein. Take it ot Leave it - I've tried and it has limited use.
