I have been told nothing about Cushing's Disease. However because of
its size tumor (27mm by 29mm) creates a problem by pressing on the
optic
nerve. I have been told that it is most likely they would not be able
to remove the whole tumor and that I would need radiation therapy after
having surgery. I was also told that it is likely to re appeear
sometime in my life. And finaly after surgery and radiation I would be
on
Hormone Replacement Therapy for the rest of my life. Not a very
positive
picture.
