Excellent advice on the nightshades...don't forget 
potatoes!.....they all contain solanines which tend 
to aggravate joint and muscle pain.   The Omega 
Fish Oils, coconut oil and anti-inflammatory herbs!
...all great...looks like you did your studying, John! 

Coffee enemas are suppose to be great for liver 
detox....I think info should be in the archives. 
Skin brushing, walking or a slight mini-tramp 
bouncing will get the lymph moving....and, 
of course, drinking plenty of pure water.  Deep 
breathing exercises help to alkalinize the blood.
