Isn't there any way to test a nebulizer's "exhaust" to determine if
the SARS would survive the silver bombardmrnt?  Directing a laser
beam into the mist emanating from mine (in a darkened room) shows
silver in definite abundance, but wonder how much contact-time
would be required to kill anything in the expelling breath. 
If they CAN get past the word "nebulizer", these $8 gizmos are out
there:
