they accept CS as a viable option?
Self-censorship? Absolutely. If it's not in the best interests of the
defined goal (get them using CS) you can bet I'll self-censor. If people
are overwhelmed by unfamiliar information they will tend to do nothing.
I call it common sense and strategic planning.
