This sounds like self censorship.
You should at least include the information about
the effectiveness of nebulizing with CS and DMSO.
You should at least give the information at some point.
Maybe after you give them the protocol that you
think they can accept.
Let them decide if they will reject it instead of you
rejecting it for them.

The key word here is "wonder". I'm going to be asking them to try
something totally new. I can't also ask them to breach a safety protocol
they already have in place to try it. They are not about to conhduct this
type of experiement for something they will be highly skeptical about
anyway.
Good ideas, though.
