Knowing that will allow one of us to help you. Also computer illiteracy is not a reasonable excuse for not knowing how to use one -- there are many easy to understand newbie user user books available -- don't be ashamed to buy any one of the very well written "DUMMIES" books, they are made for beginners. I can't emphasize to much, the value of joining a computer user group, -- it is the best bargain you will find for learning about your computer, and meeting others at your same level of understanding. The acidophilus is a good thing to take, I take 2 capsules every evening with dinner -- I wipe out all of the GOOD intestinal bacteria each morning when I drink 2 ozs of CS about 30 minutes before eating breakfast.
