It sounds very much like what the Montana senator was making and drinking, that turned him "blue". We all use .999 troy ounce silver coins and silver rods Kathi bought from a jewelry store. Also 6V ac adapters to attach the rods to the postive and negative wires. Mineral water and as Kathi was instructed to do...back 5 years ago from a Canadian friend...add 5 drops of a sea salt solution to get it to cook. Left on for 20 minutes.....
