Its interesting that Seasilver were warned and did not cease or
provide whatever proof of whatever they were supposed to to the feds.
There is a somewhat similar case going on with Pet Medicine Chest,
which has been under, now, two separate court orders (the first over a
year ago I believe) to cease business until after the case is tried,
and yet they ignore the court orders and continue.....Only reason I
can think of is perhaps in both cases they really suspect they will
lose their cases and want to pile up the bucks while they can,
figuring that will leave them with the most $$$ in pocket after all is
said and done?
Seems to me in both cases they might wind up in more serious trouble
from ignoring desist orders than the original charges.
