I neglected to include that the friend's uncle heated the DW to 160F, poured
it into the jar, then started the process (no stirring). Sorry for the
omission.

I use three nine volt batteries wired directly to the
silver, if I dont turn the stirer on I will always see
mist within 10 min, The mist seems to be affected by
gravity as it seems to "flow" towards the bottom. As I
turn the stirer on I see the mist swirl around and
disispate into the dw. Before I started to use a
stirer my cs would turn a slight golden colour by the
next day, with the stirer it stays as clear as dw.
