Hi Leo, First question, why worry about the pH. People have been using low pH CS ever since they started the electrolytic process!!!
You can raise it with a very little bit of bicarbonate of soda, baking soda. The low pH is due to the formation of NO3 of HNO3 which is nitric acid. For those who use L-Arginine it forms NO3 in the body that speeds healing and makes the blood vessels more flexible. For the doubting Thomas's I regulary test CS for NO3, the level of occurance depends to a great extent on the pH.
