Hi TJ, Yes the colloidal gold is safe to use. When I first started it was with CG from Chip Holye about 3 ppm, and it help my wife and my knees for about 4 weeks. Then Frank sent some Mesogold 8-10 ppm, and in 3 days we were back to square one.
