Hi TJ, I've been drinking it for several weeks. No twitches or anything out of the ordinary so far. I'm quite sure it's not harmful as long as it's not in a salt form. Gold salts are poisonous but that's a different story.
I'm so healthy it's going to be difficult to see any benefits. Once I get the process working better I'll look for someone who needs help and offer it.
