Isn't ASAP / American Biotech partially owned by Clifton Mining? Funny they don't mention what the patent is on. If memory serves, the patent was for multiple electrodes and stirring which was provably in common use before they got the patent and so would probably not hold up to a challange.....not the CS.
Patents just don't mean much. Mostly an intimidation thing. It's probably very good stuff. The "bigbucks" people making inroads to the mainstream could be useful to many people.
