I tell you what, Richard - I don't really go to doctors any more. Mostly lovely people, and ever so helpful to some - but a waste of money to me - if they can't test for it, it doesn't exist. If it doesn't show up on a test, it doesn't exist. If it doesn't have a magic number, it's normal - until the numbers get changed. And so on.
