Al,
Thanks!
For those who are looking to buy an Ultrasonic Nebulizer, Walgreen's
carries a Walgreen
brand $20, wall wart powered, Personal Ultrasonic Humidifier. It
starts/stops instantly, holds
about 4oz of liquid, and produces a stream of cool vapor that is about a
half inch in diameter, and is a bit smaller than a Mason jar.
In spite of my name, for me, HACKING IS HISTORY :)
I put 6 PPM CS in the unit, and breathed it until I could take two or
three deep breathes (the initial few cause me to cough, as someone reported
in an earlier post), twice a day. Within four or five days, no more hacking.

Why not just buy a nebulizer? Ultrasonic models can be found
for under $100, and compressor types even cheaper. There are
numerous models available on the internet.
Good luck.
