Well, I don't think CS does boost the immune system. I don't really care. And since my immune system is trashed, and has proved over and over again for over a decade that it can't handle it and I can get very ill indeed for months from a simple cold, my main concern is not to get one in the first place. If I can keep from getting ill in the first place I have the time and energy to work on other means of improving my immune system, and overall health such as diet, supplements, whatever. When I let the bugs get the upper hand I can't do that. paula
