Jonathan -I had forgotten about the cilantro. In fact, I have a great recipe
somewhere for a cilantro pesto. He is not a salad eater, though. BTW, do
any of you Atkins diet people ever test your urine and saliva ph? I have
studied C. Reams quite a bit, and I firmly believe in his tests. T.
