Hi Wayne, Thanks for your good input into this site. You can purchase an economical coal tar ointment by the name of Ichthammol at most drug stores and the describing standard joke was that it was such a good drawing salve that it would pull a nail out of a board. If I had such a problem, I'd try a tube and apply by covering the small area about 1 inch larger & bandage leaving on overnight; wash area with good warm water & reapply as often as needed.
