Plain old 3% H202 will debride any dead cells quickly, but might also
take out some of the new tissue, so don't leave it on long. I've been
told this is why the medical people no longer want anyone to use it on
wounds, however, I've been using it for wound debridement for at least
50 years, and don't plan to stop. If it was me, I'd use a squirt
bottle similar to one of those saline nasal spray bottles, and give it
a short "pressure wash" followed fairly quickly by a wash of colloidal
silver. Only you know your body and how it heals and how you feel, so
really you are the only one who can say if you are doing right. I'd
keep my CS intake at a higher than normal level for some weeks even
after it appears completely healed, just for extra insurance.
