Don't drink the tap water! Don't bathe! You get a big dose through your skin. . Or, if you must bathe and If you are on a public water supply, get a filter on your tub/shower water. Not just any filter, but one that removes halogens. Aspartame is the other big one. In most European countries the amount of F allowed in the water is---from memory---0.000001 PPM, give or take a zero. In the US, the uninformed (Or unbelieving, or lazy) are doing about 6 PPM (More or less), but there is no real oversight of the dosage. Here in Santa Fe, one unsupervised worker does it.
